Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Transloom. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

  • •By accessing or using Transloom (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • •If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
  • •We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Service

  • •You must be at least 13 years old to use Transloom.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
  • •You may not use Transloom for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • •You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond your plan limits.

CLI & Local Execution

  • •The Transloom CLI tool is provided as-is and runs locally on your machine.
  • •You are responsible for any changes the CLI makes to your codebase when you run a scan.
  • •Always review the generated GitHub PR before merging. Transloom is not liable for incorrect translations or i18n key naming.

Intellectual Property

  • •The Transloom CLI is open-source (MIT license). You may fork and modify it under the terms of that license.
  • •The Transloom dashboard, API, and website are proprietary and may not be copied or redistributed.
  • •Your code and content remain yours. We claim no ownership over anything you scan or translate.

Plans & Billing

  • •Free plans are provided at no cost and may have limitations on scans, languages, and repos.
  • •Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • •You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • •We do not offer refunds for partial months, but contact us at hello@transloom.tech if you have concerns.

Termination

  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • •You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.
  • •Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

  • •Transloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • •Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

  • •These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • •Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
